Kasterborous Doctor Who Site — ... and Davies are being less than honest.. This is the great thing about people who work on Doctor Who . They are quite happy to lie, lie boldly, lie to your face, swear on their grandmother s graves, say scout s honour and promise, absolutely, that the Master isn t coming back. The more important issue though is not the existence of a movie, but who would star in such a movie, and if it's David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor, is that a good move when we've got a Doctor on TV?
